lucid Dreams

Lucid Dreaming

Is a powerful tool.

By being able to ‘wake-up’ in a dream, one is that much closer to waking up in physical life.  But not just waking up, one is able to naturally see the correlation of a dream world and a physical world. The density of physical life is lessened, one feels more empowered, and provided integration and earthiness is balanced, can begin to shape their reality.

This technique is at its most potent – when ‘belief’   is transformed into ‘knowing’.

The Mayan culture, a race who ‘disappeared’ as did the race that inhabited Machu Picchu,  were said to have given equal importance to both: waking & dream states.  Simply after time they decided en mass to shift into the dream reality.

Famous Lucid dreamers:

James Cameron, The director of; Avatar, The Terminator, True Lies and Titanic films

Salvador Dali: The surrealist painter,  used dream incubation techniques to pre-program his dreams.

Andy and Lana Wachowski: creators of The Matrix movies.
